摘要

Conventionally, fishermen diagnose the influences of the diseases and the stresses in Susabi-nori (Porphyra yezoensis) by means of the visual inspection or the optical-microscope observation. However, a quantitative evaluation technique is required for more stable production in the nori cultivation. Therefore, we proposed diagnosis of Susabi-nori by optical measurement. In this work, diagnosis of Susabi-nori by fluorescence spectroscopy and time- resolved fluorescence spectroscopy are investigated. It was found that fluorescence spectra of Susabi-nori are affected by the diseases and the stress. Furthermore, it was found that the fluorescence lifetime of the Susabi-nori infected with the red rot disease was longer than that of the control sample and that fluorescence lifetime measurement was sensitive method for the diagnosis of Susabi-nori compared with the fluorescence spectroscopy.
