Coventry-based Hyfore Workholding Ltd (www.hyfore.com) has introduced a new line of collet chucks for all machine types and applications. The NR and NR-WD types are available with BT30, BT40 and BT50 tapers for tool shanks from 3 to 16mm in diameter. The NR is also available with a high-speed HSK taper that can work on machine tools with an HSK40A, HSK50A or HSK63A spindle. Meanwhile, the C and C-H series of 'power milling chucks' are available in BT30, BT40 and BT50 variants that can clamp tool shanks up to 20mm in diameter. Both types are also available for HSK40A, HSK50A or HSK63A spindle tapers.
