Plock-Orlen Unipetrol Group has finalized the purchase of Remaq, an Italian-Czech company with experience in mechanical recycling (PCN, 26 Sept 2022, p 3). Remaq, which focuses on production and trading with plastic recyclates, especially polypropylene, polyethylene and polystyrene, has a production plant in the Otrokovice industrial zone in the Czech Republic. It has four regranu-lation lines with a total capacity of 3,000 tons a month.
