摘要

GRS Group has secured a deal with mine operator Tungsten West to sell its mining granite by-product as a construction aggregate. Tungsten West operates the recently reopened Hemerdon tungsten-tin mine near Plympton, Devon. The mine is thought to be the world's fourth-largest tungsten reserve as well as Europe's only source of tungsten. Under the multi-million pound agreement, the granite aggregate derived from mining tungsten at the site will be processed at Hemerdon before being transported to construction projects across the south of England and potentially further afield.
