摘要

The efficiency of spare part transportation restricts sortie generation rate of aircrafts. Part transportation is used to transport spare part from base to carrier. Transportation strategy depends on both demand and inventory. The transportation time and stochastic demand induce fluctuations of cost and inventory. Robustness of control strategy ensures continuous parts supply. The Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy robust system with strong robustness provides a foundation for the formulation of parts supply strategy. Thus, a Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy system of dynamic part transportation is established considering transportation time and stochastic demand. And a novel Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy robust control (NTSFRC) is designed, which keeps cost and inventory low. NTSFRC with cross rule groups is conducted according to production and transportation strategy, which reduces fluctuations induced by strategies switch. Moreover, robust stability is guaranteed and part is supplied in time under a low cost in comparation with robust H infinity control strategy with particle swarm optimization. Finally, simulation illustrates effectiveness and quickness of NTSFRC. Besides, the proposed method is compatible with other transportation systems with delay time and uncertainty.
