摘要

The aim of the study is to reconnoiter the factors which impact the perception of banking customers on various green banking practices and the role of demographics over the perception of customers. For the accomplishment of the objectives, a study has been conducted on North India and five states have been used and the data of 450 banking customers have been collected with help of a structured questionnaire through survey-based technique by snowball sampling. For data analysis, Cronbach alpha, factor analysis, mean, standard deviation, Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis have been used through SPSS software. The results by using factor analysis, show three factors discovered: green experience, green benefits and supporting environment protection. It has been also found that demographics have no significant influence over the perception of banking customers.
