摘要

With the development of clean technology, inefficient motors that have been used for many years and the recyclable motor with damaged components are facing phase-out and scrap, leaving a large amount of waste resources and serious environmental pollution problems to be solved urgently. The purpose of this paper is to research the remanufacturing technology of obsolete permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM) and explore its future development prospects. In this paper, the PMSM is explored through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation, constructing the evaluation system of the remanufacturing of PMSM, and analyze the key problems of the remanufacturing scheme and design of PMSM. Secondly, the finite element model of the damaged PMSM is restored, by combining theory and magnetic thermal coupling simulation, the temperature of the motor is analyzed, and the data comparison of the finite element simulation is carried out with the experimental results, verifying the feasibility of remanufacturing of PMSM. On this basis, a water cooling structure is added to protect the stator winding insulation from high temperature damage and prevent the permanent magnet from demagnetizing due to high temperature., ensure the reliability of the motor under long-term operation, which prolongs the life of the motor, indirectly reduces the consumption of the motor manufacturing industry, reduces pollutants, saves energy and enterprise production costs, and promotes the sound development of motor in manufacturing industry.
