Moscow— LyondellBasell has decided to end operations at its two locations in Russia and has begun winding down operations. The two offices, located in Moscow and Togliatti, were mainly involved in selling polymers from the company's Olefins & Polyolefins (O&P) and Advanced Polymer Solutions businesses.
