The model of the complex of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor with lipids of the postsynaptic membrane was obtained by molecular dynamics simulation. The time-dependent behavior of the components of the system is analyzed. The interactions of the NMDA receptor with lipids of the postsynaptic membrane are described. This complex can be used to study a system containing the NMDA receptor and lipids of the postsynaptic membrane at different concentrations.
