Houston-Technip Energies has acquired DSM's Biosuccinium technology for bio-sourced and fully biodegradable polymers production.Biosuccinium provides a commercially referenced production of bio-based succinic acid that serves as feedstock for the production of polybutylene succinate.It will be the only technology licensed on the market for bio-based succinic acid production,Technip Energies noted.
