摘要

In this research, a novel combined cooling, heating and power (CCHP) or trigeneration system driven with gas engine and flat plate solar collector has been proposed and its performance has been investigated from energy, environmental and economic aspects for a building. First, the electrical load and cooling and heating demands of the building are evaluated. Then, the system performance is analyzed by changing the capacity of solar panels at four different scenarios and optimum conditions are presented. Also, the applied method of rate of return (ROR) using a uniform annual method has been used to select the appropriate scenario. The results show that supplying the demands with using of the gas engine and solar flat collectors is the proper scenario and there is no need for an auxiliary boiler. Also, at the best condition, the overall efficiency of the trigeneration system can be about 97% and at combined heat and power operation mode, its efficiency can be about 69%. Also, two parameters of the cost reduction and fuel energy saving ratio are evaluated about 56.14 and 40.64%, respectively and reductions of pollutions are estimated. Additionally, the investment payback period will be around 10 years with considering the interest rate.
