Dallas— Celanese has chosen Ravago as the exclusive distributor for its Santoprene and Geolast thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPV)in North American(NAM)countries,including the U.S.,Canada and Mexico.Ravago will begin fulfilling orders on 1 Jan.2023.Any immediate material needs should still be ordered through the current distributor through 31 Dec.2022.Celanese acquired the Santoprene TPV elastomers business from ExxonMobil Chemical late last year for $1.15-billion(PCN,6 Dec 2021,p 3)
