摘要

Abstract In this manuscript, H-La-Y and La-H-Y molecular sieves with different La loadings had been prepared by way of impregnation-ion exchange method, and the acidity and pore structure of the molecular sieves were characterized. The catalytic overall performance of modified molecular sieves for the catalytic alkylation of benzene and cyclohexene used to be investigated, and the introduction of La framework and cation exchange product make the H-Y molecular sieve produce extra strong acid centres, and the acid strength of the molecular sieves and the conversion of cyclohexene had been significantly improved. The study located that La-H-Y(2) molecular sieve has higher activity. Alkylation of benzene and cyclohexene was used to be carried out below optimal conditions, this alkylation response demonstrated a 98.27% conversion of cyclohexene with 97.63% selectivity of cyclohexylbenzene. Besides, thermogravimetric (TG) analysis contrast before and after the reaction confirmed that the weight loss of the catalyst previously than and after the reaction used to be by and large due to the removal of the adsorbed water, and a small quantity of organic by-products stayed in the pore channel after the reaction. The regeneration through the usage of calcining after the use of the catalyst can additionally lead to the partial destruction of the molecular sieve’s skeleton structure.Graphic Abstract
