摘要

The E235 series EMU train sets were debuted on the Yamanote Line in 2015. The train sets are equipped with a feature for continuously monitoring the various equipment and capable of analyzing the obtained data to determine the equipment condition. We analyzed the data to examine the installation condition for the door operating equipment to define the feature values. It is allowed to find a foreign object trapped in the door pocket by monitoring the defined feature value. In the future we will try to apply the findings to the condition-based maintenance, service life forecast, and failure prevention to contribute for further safe and stable transportation.
