Results of a field experiment conducted during kharif 2017 to evaluate the relative safety of some insecticides in combination with neem against mirid bug, Cyrtorhinus lividipennis (Reuter), lady bird beetle, Coccinella transversalis (Fabricius), spider, Lycosa pseudoannulata (Bosenberg & Strand), Oxyopes javanus (Thorell), and Tetragnatha maxillosa (Thorell) of rice are reported. Seven treatments viz. flonicamid 50 per cent WG @ 75 g a.i.ha~(-1), buprofezin 25 per cent SC @ 200ml_ a.i ha~(-1), imidacloprid 17.8 per cent SL @ 35 g a.i ha~(-1), flonicamid 50 per cent WG @ 37.5 g a.i.ha~(-1) + multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 1.25 L ha~(-1), buprofezin 25 per cent SC @ 100 mL a.i ha~~(-1) + multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 1.25 L ha~~(-1), imidacloprid 17.8 per cent SL @ 17.5 mL a.i.ha~(-1) + multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 1.25 Lha~~(-1) and multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 2.5 Lha~~(-1) were evaluated. Results revealed that foliar spray of buprofezin 25 per cent SC @ 100 mL a.i.ha~(-1) + multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 1.25 Lha~~(-1) was the least toxic with 40.29 per cent reduction followed by imidacloprid 17.8 per cent SL @ 17.5 mLa.i. ha~~(-1) + multineem (300ppmAza) @ 1.25 Lha~~(-1) with 44.68 percent reduction of mirid bug. Buprofezin 25 per cent SC @ 100 mLa.i.ha~~(-1) + multineem (300ppmAza)@ 1.25 Lha~(-1) was the least toxic with 40 per cent reduction of lady bird beetle. Multineem (300ppm Aza) @ 2.5 L ha~(-1) was the least toxic with 17.14 per cent reduction of spider.
