KERBSIDE electric charging points are making it harder for disabled people to move around, a new report has claimed. A survey of 1,000 disabled people by Sustrans, the walking and cycling charity, found that 55 per cent of those with mobility impairments or learning disabilities experienced problems on a journey when walking or using a wheelchair. Some respondents blamed "pavement clutter" caused not only by parking, but also by charging cables.
