摘要

This paper presents maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control for photovoltaic systems with battery storage using the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model based approach. Under varying meteorological conditions, we consider a DC-DC boost converter to control the output power of a photovoltaic panel array. A T-S reference model is used to generate the optimum trajectory, which must be tracked in order to achieve optimal power point. Controller gains are obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Furthermore, the proposed method eliminates the oscillation disadvantage near the maximum power point while also reducing tracking time. Finally, the simulation of the photovoltaic system using the proposed control demonstrates the efficacy of the proposed algorithm even in the case of climate change.
