Soberg— Mitsui & Co. will acquire a 49% equity interest in Kasso MidCo ApS (MidCo), which owns a solar power generation and e-methanol business through its Solar Park Kasso ApS subsidiary. The transaction, for which a value was not disclosed, includes a solar plant in Kasso, Denmark, and the connected e-methanol facility that is currently under construction.
