Paris-Dow announced an agreement with French recycling firm Valoregen to partner on building the"largest"hybrid recycling facility in France.The plant,to be owned and operated by Valoregen,will have the capacity to process up to 70,000 t/y of plastic waste.It will mark an important step in bringing together mechanical recycling and newer,advanced recycling processes in the future,Dow noted.Operations are expected to begin at the end of the first quarter of next year.
