Novelis signs cooperation research agreement with Airbus: Novelis has signed a research agreement with Airbus, which will allow for tighter collaboration between the two companies and promote the development of aluminium solutions for the aircraft of tomorrow. As a strategic supplier of aluminium plate and sheet to Airbus, Novelis is aiding the evolution of aircraft design, material and manufacturing, with a focus on sustainability. Novelis has committed to be the provider of low-carbon, sustainable aluminium solutions, and to achieve full circularity. This can only become reality through collaboration up and down the value chain, by partnering with its suppliers as well as with its customers around the world.
