Asteady stream of aircraft re-registrations in recent weeks has netted Russian operators more than 220 commercial and business aircraft owned by lessors, an Aviation Week analysis shows. The moves are part of the country's effort to keep its civil aviation business operating amid punishing sanctions triggered by the Ukraine war.
