SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Northeast Asian spot ethylene prices fell on thin liquidity, closing a week marked by a rout in oil prices and plentifulMay supply.Trading volumes were low due to the Labour Day holiday in China and Golden Week celebrations in Japan. While the Chinese market resumed trade on 4 May, there was little impetus for buyers to replenish their inventories owing to weakdownstream markets, which largely declined in response to crude losses.
