Hanoi-Stavian Quang Yen Petrochemical, a joint venture of Stavian Chemical and Yen Hung Liquid Port, will set up a new polypropylene (PP) plant in the northern Province of Quang Ninh in Vietnam, Reuters reported citing the country's ruling communist party.
