On Aug. 9, the Transportation Research Board announced the 18 projects that will be included in the Airport Cooperative Research Program for Fiscal Year 2023. As with last year’s program, none of the new projects address aircraft noise directly but the following two projects may address it peripherally: 1. ACRP Project 03-71: Guidelines for Planning for Future Growth of Electric Vehicles at Airports. This $600,000 project is currently in development.
