A case of bilateral totally calcified gonadoblastomas in a 46,XY phenotypic female with pure gonadal dysgenesis is presented. Cytogenetic studies early in the investigation of primary amenorrhea is stressed. Gonadectomy is strongly recommended in those cases of gonadal dysgenesis associated with a Y sex chromosome.
