London-Atome Energy, a global green hydrogen and ammonia production company, said it has formed a new 50-50 joint venture with Cavendish, the renewable energy arm of Grupo Purdy, to develop green ammonia and fertilizer projects. The new joint venture company, National Ammonia Corp. S.A. (NAC), will develop projects across Central America and the Caribbean with an initial focus on Costa Rica, a country with a 99 penetration of renewable electricity.
