摘要

A novel approach is applied to obtain adesired pattern for a perfect electric plate with two ports.The location of ports is decided with the help of characteristicmode analysis. Two capacitive coupling elementsare chosen to be used as excitation. The magnitude andphase of each excitation are obtained by the Bayesianinference method. In order to avoid complexity of computationaldesign, a surrogate model, which is basedon polynomial chaos expansion, is built. The surrogatemodel is ensured to mimic the computational model over90. Then, the desired pattern is compared with the synthesizedone, and it is seen that the two patterns fit verywell to each other and the correlation between the twopatterns is above 0.9.
