The Latest: Albania's communications watchdog, AKEP, has approved Vodafone Albania's acquisition of ABCom. Firstannounced in October 2019, this deal facilitates the diversification of Vodafone's Albanian operations. AKEP has made few, if any,changes to the terms originally set out between ABCom and Vodafone.
