Germany's Leoni AG has made further sales of its operations as it continues its strategic focus on wire for the automotive and commercial vehicles market. A press release said that Leoni Fiber Optics GmbH, Leoni Fiber Optics, Inc. and j-plasma GmbH sold to a consortium of buyers around Weinert Industries AG. The transaction is expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2022.
