Rapidly moving technology development has forced us to innovate and learn in a short time. However, this uncertain environment, with unpredictable outcomes and a high risk of failure, promotes an entrepreneurial mindset. It enables individuals to innovate, think outside the box, and cope with challenges. This article aims to identify topics and methodologies for effectively stimulating an entrepreneurial mindset in industry executives and mid-level managers with a technology background, using quantitative data and observations throughout the five years of the TVLP Institute entrepreneurship programs in Silicon Valley, CA, USA. The results are guidelines for industry leaders in HR development and learning and suggestions for an individual working on building a career in the tech industry.
