摘要

In Nature Communications, An et al. report a cascade catalysis strategy for boosting the selective oxidation of glycerol to glyceric acid. The process involves increased C-H activation by single-atom Pt1 combined with O-H/C=O activation by cluster Ptn. Nearby Pt1-Ptn sites stabilized on Cu-CuZrOx were prepared on the basis of a topo-logical transformation strategy.
