Due to the rarity of Primary Spinal Melanoma (PSM), there is limited evidence regarding the diagnosis, management, treatment and prognosis. The aim of this study was to compile the existing knowledge regarding pathogenesis, clinical presentation, neuroimaging features, management strategy through systematic review of published studies.
