Houston-Americas Styrenics(AmSty)has signed a memorandum of understanding(MoU)and long-term offtake agreement with Encina Development Group for circular polystyrene(PS)feedstocks.Under the MoU,AmSty will have the opportunity to purchase up to 250,000 t/y of the circular feedstocks from Encina's facilities.
