摘要

IN MARCH OF 2020, there seemed to be two possible outcomes if you got COVID-19:You succumbed to it, or you ultimately recovered. But months later, some symptoms were lingering far longer than people expected. Frequent joggers who'd caught COVID weeks before started to get winded walking down the block. A U.K. lawmaker stated on Parliamentary record that he was months into long-lasting viral fatigue. Even global sports superstars reported post-COVID malaise. "I came back and it was like a month and a half without even being able to run because my lungs were affected," soccer World Cup winner Lionel Messi told Argentina's TYC Sports this May.
