Houston— Lummus Technology said it has executed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Braskem Netherlands BV, a subsidiary of Braskem, for the licensing of Braskem's green ethylene technology for two ethanol-to-ethylene conversion projects being developed in North America and Asia.
