Washington-The Plastics Industry Assn. (PLASTICS) announced sustainable technology firm Anellotech as winner of PLASTICS' 2022 Innovation in Bioplastics Award. Anellotech was recognized for its development of the first polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle made entirely from loblolly pine and other biomasss feedstocks. "I am honored to accept this award on behalf of the employees of Anellotech," said Anellotech Chief Executive David Sudolsky.
