Tokyo-Mitsui Chemicals and Teijin Ltd.said they will become Japan's"first"companies to develop and market biomass-derived bisphenol A(BPA)and polycarbonate(PC)resins.This past May,Mitsui received ISCC Plus certification for BPA raw material used in PC resins.Mitsui will supply the certified BPA to Teijin to produce biomass-derived PC resins.
