K0.945Cs0.06NO3 single crystals have been grown by isothermal crystallization from an aqueous solution. The growth morphology of the crystals of phases III and II (rhombohedral for III and orthorhombic for II) at the II III phase transitions is investigated, and the growth rate of the III-phase crystal at the II -> III transitions is measured. It is found that the structural transformations in the crystal under study are enantiotropic, and the equilibrium temperature between phases II and III is T-0 = 457 +/- 1 K. An empirical relationship between the growth rate and temperature is established in the form thetasym; = 0.6374 Delta T + 0.9212 Delta T (2) - 0.01668 Delta T (3), where Delta T = T-tr - T-0, T-tr is the transformation temperature, and T-0 is the phase equilibrium temperature.
