Lousiville, Kentucky-based ISCO Industries Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to purchase the HDPE fabrication portion of Plasson USA, which was formerly known as IPF and includes the Spirolite product line. IPF has been an innovator in the fabrication business for 25 years. The combination of two HDPE fabrication leaders will provide ISCO customers with the most comprehensive product and service offerings in the industry.
