Both Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia (WM) and lymph node amyloidosis are rare diseases. To date, there are few reports of18F-FDG PET/MR applications for them. Herein, we present a case of a 61-year-old male with bilateral cervical lymph node enlargement for more than 3 months. 18F-FDG PET/CT and PET/ MR showed multiple enlarged lymph nodes with calcification throughout the body and some of the enlarged lymph nodes had a circular intense FDG uptake. In combination with the serological examination and pathological results, a combination of WM with amyloidosis was considered. Our case provides imaging information on 18F-FDG PET/MR for WM with amyloidosis.(c) 2022 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
