摘要

Electric vehicles (EVs) are in an increasing development trend in the smart city, which has brought considerable economic and environmental benefits for the future society. This paper is concerned with the demand response (DR) power profile tracking of multiple EV aggregators and proposes a coupled hierarchical interactive distributed-centralized optimization control algorithm with different time scales. Specifically, a novel distributed pinning alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) algorithm is proposed for the (dis)charging power optimization for EV aggregators in the upper level, interfacing with a control routine implemented within each aggregator which follows the optimization results in the lower level. The power tracking control objective is realized by a slower time-scale distributed optimization and a faster time-scale centralized saturation feedback control with a consensus ratio of the maximal (dis)charging power. It is shown that the proposed optimization and control algorithm can realize the DR power tracking in a given time horizon with the available regulation capacity of EVs. Finally, simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical interactive DR algorithm.
