According to Vietnamese customs data, the country exported 65K b/d of crude last month, down from 99K b/d in June and the lowest monthly export level since Nov. 2019, due to increased demand for Vietnamese crude from Binh Son Refining (BSR)'s 145K-b/d Dung Quat refinery on higher throughput at the plant. Vietnam reduced exports to China by 62 from June levels to 28K b/d in July. Exports to Japan were level from June at 1 OK b/d. While the country lowered total crude exports in July from June levels, Vietnam boosted exports to Malaysia and Thailand by 100 and 76, respectively, to 10K b/d and 17K b/d, respectively.
