摘要

A new series of (1 - x)NaNbO3-xBi(0.45)Gd(0.05)K(0.5)ZrO(3) lead-free piezoelectric composite has been identified to enhance the electrical and optical characteristics of the material by solid-state reaction (SSR). The perovskite structure was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy, and the phase transition from orthorhombic to pseudo-cubic was observed under intense examination. A considerable shift in the electrical and optical band gap due to structural destruction is indicated by UV-Vis absorption spectra. The CIE chromaticity coordinates were calculated using the luminescence spectra. Dielectric parameters have been studied in a temperature range of 40-500 degrees C at a frequency range of 1 kHz to 1 MHz. Furthermore, the ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of all the samples of (1 - x)NaNbO3-xBi(0.45)Gd(0.05)K(0.5)ZrO(3) have been studied, the composition x = 0.02 have the optimal piezoelectric value of 153 pC/N and their properties were explained through the Landau phase transition theory.
