RWC 2022: The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee) in collaboration with the National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee, will host its second bi-annual Roorkee Water Conclave - 2022 (RWC2022) on the theme of "Water Security for Sustainable Development'. Participants will be academics, researchers, policy-makers, field practitioners, NGOs, students, and other stakeholders from across the globe. The 9th World Water Forum will take place in Dakar, Senegal (postponed from March 2021). The theme will be 'Water Security for Peace and Development'. The International Agricultural Structures and Irrigation Congress and Workshop, which has been postponed twice as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, will be held in person in Diyarbakir City, Turkey. The topics of the congress include irrigation water accounting, climate change, drainage engineering, information systems, irrigation engineering, and hydrology.
