VLSFO and jet fuel saw the smallest price declines of less than 1 over the week ending Oct.16,while gasoil,gasoline,and naphtha posted slightiy sharper drops of up to 4.On the other hand,high-sulfur bunkers saw price upticks of nearly 5 while HSFO prices rose by 5-6.Reuters data indicate the crack to Dubai for 10-ppm-sulfur gasoil edged lower by 20￠/bbl over the week to end at $3.87/bbl on Oct.16.Cash differentials on the product inched up by 2￠/bbl from Friday to Friday to reach a 50￠/bbl discount.The outright price increased by $1.20/bbl over the week to end at $44.74/bbl.Reuters data showed the 10-ppm-sulfur-gasoil exchange of futures for swaps(EFS) ended Friday at minus-$6.74/bbl-a week-on-week decline of 69￠/bbl and still above the minus-$15-18/mt or lower that traders deem necessary for a workable arbitrage to Europe.Data from Enterprise Singapore showed middle distillate inventories in Singapore edged up to a two-week high and that average inventories for the 52 weeks through Oct.14 were higher by 66K bbl on the week and by 1.885MM bbl on the year.
