This case report describes a woman in her 20s who was diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus-Sjogren overlap syndrome and had chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy. Her neurological examination showed the presence of myokymia in the muscles, bilaterally innervated by the trigeminal nerve.
