THE reign of the Bosch AeroTwins as our perennial windscreen wiper Best Buy recently came to an end, toppled by the combination of performance and value offered by an own-brand rival from online seller wiperblades.co.uk. Now there is fresh competition from a firm that is better known for its online car bulb business. Auto Bulbs Direct sells various wiper brands, including some using its own Twenty20 name. On our test car, a 2017 Nissan Qashqai, they were even better value, with a pair for the front windscreen costing ￡15.68.
