Moscow-Air Liquide recently said it intends to withdraw from Russia and has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the local management team to transfer its activities there in the framework of a management buy out (MBO). "This divestment project to local managers aims to allow an orderly, sustainable and responsible transfer of its activities in Russia, ensuring notable the continuity of oxygen supplies to hospitals," the company noted. The MBO is subject to Russian regulatory approvals.
