Brussels- LyondellBasell and Suez jointly announced the acquisition of TIVACO, a plastics recycling company is Blandain, Belgium. TIVACO has five production lines capable of processing about 22,000 t/y of recycled plastic. It will become part of Quality Circular Polymers (QCP), the existing 50-50 plastics recycling joint venture of LyondellBasell and Suez.
