The design of an integrated goniometer with a camera assembly for obtaining Berghyphen;Barrett xhyphen;ray micrographs is described. A simple procedure for taking a Berghyphen;Barrett micrograph using this instrument is also described. A Berghyphen;Barrett micrograph taken in an annealed zinc single crystal is presented to illustrate the quality of the micrographs that can be obtained with this instrument.
